At this time, I have worn one belt one time. no problems were expected and none occurred. It seems to hold as well as one with holes. I did take off 4 inches for a very good (custom) fit.

First time buying this type of belt. Wow, what a great idea. The buckling doesn't indent the belt and it makes it very easy to release once you remember you don't have a buckle. The feel is great because you have more flexibility on how tight to make it. Can't say enough good things about these belts!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Husband loves his Father’s Day gift.

I used the belt once and really like the mechanism which makes the tightness comfortable. However, the leather has an odor that has persisted for a week. I’m hoping that with time, this will abate.

I get compliments on these belts whenever I wear them and the buckle can be seen. The cost is more than reasonable. The locking mechanism is totally different and works well for me. Easy to adjust if necessary. I don't know why ALL men's belts can't use the same locking mechanism, but they should IMHO. Try one and see what you think. I have a feeling that you won't go back to the old-style belts that use the pin-and-hole way of securing the belt. This new belt technology is right on time!
