The first one I bought had some factory defects: wrinkled screen because it was glued incorrectly, and it had some motor issues. The seller relatively easy agreed to replace and the second piece did not have the same issues. It is still not 100% perfect, the edges bend slightly and the surface is almost flat, while it is still quite a good 16:9 screen for this money. Meanwhile, you have to keep to extended to have a straight and a flat surface. Clean white color, good motor, remote works well, easy installation, correct size for 120" 16:9. Recommended, but check it properly while you still can return/exchange.
