I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review for these as I’ve had different pumpkin seed capsules that didn’t work. My hair started coming out about a week into starting HRT, literally coming out in huge amounts especially when I washed it. I was devastated as I’ve been through hair loss before and it’s taken years of finding the right supplements etc to stop it. It has been stable for the last few years, then 9 days into starting HRT my shower was full of hair again. I tried pumpkin powder capsules first because they seemed to be higher strength than the oil but there was no change. After some research I realised I needed the oil and got these which seem to be one of the highest strength/lowest price. I take three every morning and I’m into my third month. The hair loss started slowing down noticeably when I was half way through the second pack and now I’m back to very little loss each hair wash. I’m noticing my hair brush and hoover isn’t full of my hair either. Really happy with the results! They’re good value enough to keep taking them, maybe I’ll drop to a maintenance dose in another month or so.

Easy to take, I’ve bought these for my hair “journey” haven’t taken them long enough to comment on yet.

I've been struggling with my hair thinning since losing 6 stone, mix that with clumps of it coming out in a wash/brush and I felt bald. I can't afford the hair growth serum etc so I thought I'd give these a try, albeit skeptical at first I took a chance. Omg. The hair GROWS (unfortunately in all areas!!!! be aware you'll go through extra razors!), my whole head of hair feels and looks fuller, I've got baby hairs sprouting in my hairline and it's nowhere near as gappy. I only took 2 capsules a day and I've now done 2 months of it - well worth it.

I have taken these Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules for about four months and my hair is in a very healthy condition and looks and feels thicker than it was. Anyone with thinning hair should try them.

I have been using this for over year now and it has helped with the pain in my hands. Before taking this my hands would not close. I had terrible pain in my fingers.

Has made my hair thicker and improved my sleep quality. Easy to swallow capsules. No after taste. Good price. I now have this on subscription which saves me money and makes sure I never run out. Would highly recommend.

I have given this product a review of 3 because, I don't have all the relevant information to use it. The ordering and dispatch / delivery were excellent. But the dosage on the package is unclear. It states 3 per day, but does not say if 1 x 3 or 3 times per day with a dosage of 1 . I have asked for clarification, but have so far not received a reply. So, it could be brilliant, it could not work at all.
