I was pretty skeptical of these glasses since they claimed to be shatter proof (NOT unbreakable). First off, they are gorgeous and luxurious for the price (tip: buy them opened box/used to save $$ and they still come looking brand new). But after knocking over the glasses numerous times on quartz countertops and them not breaking...I have to say I'm impressed. No they are not break-proof, my toddler knocked one onto the floor and it broke into 1,000,000 pieces. BUT if you lightly knock them over on the counter they will miraculously bounce. Buying them "used" brought each glass to about $10 which I think is a steal for these!

I could become a wino with these large glasses. LOL They are absolutely beautiful. I love the shape and the feel of the glass. Sturdy stem. I bought more for Christmas gifts!!

I’ve enjoyed using these glasses

We use these glasses every day. They go into the dishwasher - bottom rack - albeit CAREFULLY, but, as long as you're careful with them, they come out beautifully, day after day. They are definitely stronger than the "average" wine glass of the same configuration would be, but they're not completely indestructible: you can't treat them like a pressed-glass restaurant globe or plastic patio wine glass and expect them not to break... But they're sturdier than you'd expect them to be. They would/do make a GREAT gift! They do keep their clarity in the dishwasher over time: they don't tend to get "blue" the way some crystal does if you put it in the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

Nice shape. Its shape makes me smell better. Rim thickness is not thick, but good to enjoy the wine.

Stunning! Beautiful presentation that always makes our wine taste that much better ; ) We realize these are red wine glasses but we are now using them with white wine because they’re so lovely. Highly recommend. Beautiful crystal clear glass that makes a great sound when gently clinking them together. Cheers!

Excellent wine glasses

I purchased these for myself and boyfriend to drink our red wine. We love them. Very classy looking. I do find them pricey though and seen similar ones for less.
