Beautiful Slow Pitch Jig
Love this lure already. I got the blue mackerel looking 40 gram size. It is really nicely done, the eyelets are heavy duty, so is the snap ring, and the treble hook. This will be awesome fishing btb (beyond the breakers) on my kayak this summer. All kinds of fish will hit these slow pitch jigs. This one has really nice coloration and design. It's actually slightly different from one side to the other. I'm sure this thing will generate strikes whichever way it faces. It looks really nice. The lure is sized just right for everything from Spanich mackerel to king macks and anything else you can think of. Even bottom dwelling species will hit these lures. I can't wait to get it in the water.

Beautifully made, works in Bay, on Pier
This is a very well-made lure. This Calissa offshore tackle is actually able to be used off a boat in the Bay and off a bridge/pier as well. The reflective surface is made very well and it’s very shiny in the water. There is a good bit of weight to it, which makes sense because the lure comes in different weights and 40 grams lends itself well to being able to cast further. I was able to get quite a few bites but I didn’t actually pull a fish in yet but I did use it for an hour one trip and another hour in another trip. I almost had one in the boat (I was on the Bay) but it got off at the last second…could’ve been my error. Either way, if it does this well off a pier/in the Bay, I’m sure it will absolutely pull in a LOT of fish from an offshore trip. I’LL BFPros:Made very wellHeavy enough to cast well but not too heavyWorks well in the Bay/off pier or bridgeVery reflectiveCons:It would be 5 stars to me if the MSRP was about 10% less

They cast a mile
Pros:Built very well, good quality, didn't find any defectsThey cast a mile! Which is great for casting from the beach, or off a boat for casting a busting fishSharp hookWorks well vertical jigging off the bottomCons:None that I can find so far!Caught a few bottom fish using this lure. Hoping to use it the next time I'm on the boat for busting fish like bonito or albies, just haven't seen a school yet to cast to.
