arrived damaged but proactive customer service!
This arrived with cracks at the hinges. I'm keeping it though because it's hard to see the damage, not immediately evident, and it's a nice tea keeper. Update: After leaving my review the company reached out to me proactively to rectify the situation though I did not request a replacement or a refund, they offered both. Great service!

I LOVE IT!!
I love my new tea box! Itโs perfect and so beautiful! Iโve been wanting a tea box for the longest time and when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it! No problem with opening, closing or locking. Some have stated a problem with the scent of the box, mine does not smell.
