used on damaged 2020 macbook air, worth mentioning had to do smc reset for camera to start working. otherwise all good, no other isssues

2nd time I did this repair on my laptop. Worked perfectly. The kit includes of the tools needed to do the replacement . Make sure you know exactly what model you have as there are differences. Same goes for when looking for a video.Screen appears to be oem quality. Everything worked as expected. Bought on Jan 19 . Feb 27. Screen has lines and led seems to be messed up. Faulty screen. Even when installed I saw lines on the screen but once it was installed it went away … and now it’s back. Waste OF MONEY!!!

This was a great screen replacement looks identical to the original. Was skeptical about how the screen resolution was going to be and if the camera was going to work but as soon as i booted it up everything worked as it should no error codes or nothing. logos look good and quality was great. instructions where for an older gen but I prefer to watch youtube instructions so went smooth. Opening your expenive computer that apple charges a fortune to fix is scary but alot simpler then it seems.

Easy enough to install with the help of a youtuber and ended up working great. This saved me a ton of money for a repair.

I ordered a screen for my MacBook, and everything worked perfectly for the first two months. Unfortunately, I suddenly noticed a black line across the screen. I contacted the after-sales service, and they were very responsive and helpful. They promptly promised to send me a replacement screen. I purchased this particular screen because of the price and also because I needed a replacement screwdriver for MacBook repairs. In the picture are nice pro quality screwdrivers, what arrived were junk tools that I didn’t even use once. I ended up throwing them away. The screen did work and was good quality but the tools shipped were not.Update: I changed my review from 2* to 5* because the vendor reached out to me and issued a refund due to the issue with the tools. Outstanding customer service definitely makes up for the issues. Thank you!

My MacBook Air screen all of a sudden went bad resulting in this weird magenta screen. At first it was just randomly and would go away if I adjust the hinges but then it wouldn’t go away. I took it to multiple repair shops in my area and they wanted $400-$500 to fix it. Considering I bought it for $800 and only had it a year and a half I really didn’t want to spend that much to fix it and considered just buying a new one. I watched a few YouTube videos and honestly it didn’t look that hard to replace myself. I ordered this screen and the entire process took about 40 minutes. Very pleased everything works perfectly.
