06/10/22 -- Product used like new, but it's more new than used. But with a minor hitch upon receipt, seller worked with us quickly and to both of our satisfaction. Product is totally as described and would definitely deal with this seller in the future.11/04/22 FOLLOW-UP -- a common new wrinkle (almost every morning) is the "980 cooling fan" which is not working properly. It doesn't appear to bother the day-to-day operation other than to make the owner (me) nuts waiting for it to break down irretrievably. But so far so good other than that.

One of the best laptops you can buy for the price. Very fast and easy to use. Windows 11 is also very user friendly. My only complaints would be Microsoft trying to sell you on using edge as your browser and making it mandatory to create a Microsoft account.

Received Laptop ahead of schedule. Easy setup and exceeded expectations. Note: This is a great value for the price but is not touchscreen.

Windows 11 on the other hand is my favorite seems much more cumbersome than windows 10

By far the best computer I've ever had. Loads in just seconds and it is instantaneous when working. I've bought nothing but HP for the last 5 years and this computer is the best so far. Even has a RJ 45 network connection which many laptops don't have anymore.

I'm returning this item because of the following. 1st, I was told it was it was a prime 2 day item and it took at least 5 days to get to me. Then, as soon as it booted up it gave me my 1st error, Intel Optane Memory & storage Mgmt Application Error. I was never able to find the driver. Then, I was told it was a Windows 11 install - I confirmed it was installed but it was a "S" mode, however certain applications, such as driver installs would not install unless you reverse or back out the S mode through the microsoft store (something I have no experience with or felt comfortable doing) but once you did so you couldn't change your mind. I didn't want to change my mind. I started getting frustrated. Next, I noticed that the Windows updates wouldn't install properly and these were crucial installs and that was the last straw. This computer should never have been sent out like this.So I called Amazon who put in a request for a return. When I put in a request for a refund, it was noted there is 15-50% restocking fee for open/used item. All I can say is buyer beware with this seller and please ensure you keep Amazon updated as they will refund or recoup any monies that this buyer refuses to refund you. I believe these are issues that I shouldn't have had to deal with after just opening the box.I had 2 computers break down in 1 week and I purchased 2 with windows 11 and I'm only returning 1. Enough said.

I searched for the best price and found the vendor to be the best. When I sit and work with this laptop if almost feels like being on a desktop because of the size. It looks impressive. Sleek and modern. It comes with enough software to begin doing most common tasks.

The only tingn I miss on this is a cd drive, other this is a great product!
