The Must have washer dryer
This haier 10kg washer 6kg dyer is very quiet so many functions especially on the hon it has the option to prewash on the hon it has a heat pump drying function so cheaper to run than the condenser dryers it looks great and good value for money I would definitely recommend this product

Really good machine
Had this washing machine for well over a year now.I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it!Quiet, really good drum size, good range of programs to chose from and very easy to use. This washer certainly uses less power than the one it replaced. The only thing that I don’t like is domestic and general provide the warranty cover and are quite forceful about upselling you to ‘full coverage’ when you register the product.

Great Washer Drier
I've had this for over a year now, its still very quiet especially compared to old washing machines I had, its very sleek and feels like quality. Plus being able to wash and dry is very convenient. I was confused as to why a washing machine would need a light in it, but it help you make sure youve got that hidden sock in the back out its a great little addition that id now miss if I didnt have it. Would gladly recommend this washer dryer.

Faulty product
The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed, washing machine looks great, but obviously quality is not so great, is making terrible noise on first use not even with half load.Door seems to be very bad quality as well, feels light and has quite big play and not perfectly closing. Asked for refund but the seller told me to contact Haier for diagnosis. I can't use the washing machine like this and i have already disposed the old one.

A little louder than expected
Bought after some research and based on its efficiency. A little louder than expected and sometimes needs an added time. The app that connects it its very useful and allows to check for any unexpected faults or setting a different programme if needed (remotely). This is our first experience with the Haier brand and so far, so good.

Very impressed.
I don't generally write reviews, let alone a positive one. So impressed with my new washer. For comparison, my previous machine was an LG Direct Drive one. At 10 years old I was expecting it to pack in at any time. So when I saw this on offer on Prime Day I thought it was time to buy, rather than wait to buy in an emergency. Managed to sell my working old one too, so a bonus. An extra bonus is that until the end of the year, Haier are offering this machine with an extended parts and labour warranty of 5 years instead of the usual 2 years. This isn't clear on the Amazon listing, I happened upon it when researching the machine. You have to register it to qualify. All in all a no brainer for me.Practically, the machine is excellent, quick, quiet and efficient. A step up in all departments. The drum light is surprisingly useful, as is the app. Pairing my washing machine to my WiFi was something I never thought I'd be doing. 😂The customisation of the additional wash programmes in the app will also come in handy I'm sure. Extra rinses, spins etc.Whilst aware of the brand, I had no first hand knowledge before. It turns out they are a huge company and actually own the brands Hoover and Candy now too for the past 5 years or so.I took a chance on a Beko hear pump tumble dryer around 10 years ago when they were relatively unknown and it's been faultless. I'm hoping for a similar experience, but with a 5 year warranty I'm fairly relaxed about it. So far so good.I'd certainly recommend it.

Disappointingly, like all dryers, it produces warm moist air
UPDATE:Had the dryer for a few days now, and the initial disappointment has worn off - it works well enough and clothes are always dry.The remote (hOn app) functionality does seem to work partially when you select any programme on the dryer - you can always see the time remaining and you will get a notification when it finishes - this is different to what I first thought. The app is pretty good, it could be better and you will find things that seem like bugs, but mostly it does what it aims to do.INITIAL REVIEW:I've not had a dryer for some years - before heat pump versions existed. Last one I had was a normal condenser.I was expecting (based on the marketing and blurb) that the new heat pump dryers would not give off as much heat into the room (because they claim to efficiently capture it to continue drying clothes) I was also expecting this to mean that moist air was not expelled into the room.In reality the practical difference between the condenser I remember, and this new heat pump model is negligible - it might be cheaper, we'll have to see. But it definitely significantly warms the space it is in, and the humidity in the room does increase. So not all heat or water is seemingly captured.Did it dry my stuff? Yes, so far things have come out of the dryer a little steamy but otherwise dry.Is it loud? Kinda, there is a definite noise of some fans or something - it's not "silent" or unobtrusive - but go into another room and it's not a problem. Definitely quieter than a washing machine spinning, but louder than a washing machine washing. The hOn smart features are ok - but if you want to use them then you have to use your phone to do everything after you have set the machine to run a "remote" programme. I was hoping to just get notifications when the dryer finishes, or be able to see how much time it had left remotely. You can do that if you choose the programme you want on your phone too, but if you pick a programme on the machine itself then "remote" won't work at all - just something to be aware of. It so far has worked reliably. It looks very slick - it is very "piano black plastic" and this will attract finger prints. Is it slow/quick? Well, we did a half load of towels and it took about 2.5hrs - it's kinda what it says in the specs. A full 9kg load apparently takes over 4hrs - so probably one to try at night. We got it on sale, and it's fine - maybe the competition is all worse - who knows. But I think it will help out over the rainy days and cold winter months when drying outside is not possible. If I'd paid the full RRP I would have regrets - but maybe I would have the same regrets for all the others too.
