I have been using the Mucinex Sinus Max Nasal Spray for years. Even with allergy meds, this is one of the only meds I have found that relieve sinus pressure and work great as a decongestant. There isn't much of a taste, but it does have a bit of a burn when it really starts working (something I have found is normal for most nasal sprays). I do love that it cools too, making it not burn as much as other brands. My only complaint is that you do have to use it early in the day; it will affect your sleep quality and make you more alert. Overall, though, the bottle is a pretty good size and does last for quite some time, even during allergy season. It was a pretty good value for the money, too, since I find it regularly on sale.

I reach for Mucinex Sinus-Max anytime my sinuses are completely blocked, and it works fast. Within a couple of minutes I can actually breathe again, and the relief lasts a good several hours without needing to reapply. Just a heads-up: the first spray does burn. It’s a strong, sharp sting that hits right away, but it fades pretty quickly. Once that initial burn is over, the cooling effect kicks in and you can feel everything start to open up. I like that it doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste in my throat like some other sprays do, and it doesn’t make me feel dried out or drippy afterward. I only use it when I really need it, but when I’m super congested, this is the one that works reliably every time. If you need quick, powerful sinus relief and don’t mind a brief burn, this spray is a lifesaver.

I have the best results with this nasal spray however !!!! Someone needs to change the lid. This is my second order and even my husband could not open it. I have read many reviews on this product that the lid was extremely difficult to open. The company should think of seniors that live alone. They would never get the lid off to use this product. Please production - change the lid.

Very good, helpful in clearing sinuses. More effective than pills. No bad taste in back of your mouth. Easy to use and I do suggest it before sleeping, especially if you use CPAP.

This nasal spray really does what it promises — it clears your nose quickly and actually lets you sleep through the night. No more lying awake, staring at the ceiling, with your head pounding because you can’t breathe. For that, it’s a lifesaver. However, I’m removing one star because you get used to it very quickly. You really have to control yourself and use it only when you absolutely can’t manage without it. To be fair, the packaging clearly says not to use it for more than three days — so the warning is there. Who’s warned is armed. Still, despite the warning, the fast dependency is the reason I’m taking off one star. Effective, fast relief — just be careful and don’t overuse it.

Works fast and keeps my nose clear all day. Feels cool and refreshing.

Ok folks I just purchased this product and I know some of you have a problem getting the cap of. First I would like to say there are 2 caps the gray and a white one. Now you can use a small flathead screwdriver like the one in the pic shown below to remove the gray cap, put the flat piece up underneath and lift all the way around, and it should come off really easy. Once you get the gray cap off underneath that is actually a white cap, just screw that counter clockwise. Now you are ready to use. Good Luck everyone. Oh and it works great.

Best nasal spray out there. I have it on subscription! It clears the nose in seconds. It’s easy to spray and is pleasant with no nasty aftertaste. Makes it easy to breathe!
