Fantastic steamer! I was not in the market for a new steamer but my last one got knocked over accidentally and broke. I got online and picked this because it had the best reviews and they were not wrong. Heats up fast. Removes wrinkles easily. I guess it’s a blessing that my last one broke because this is about 10 times more powerful. A really, really good product!

This is a fantastic product that produced a great amount of steam and very convenient to use. Turning on and steam is up in a few seconds. Hold a lot of water.

This is a nice steamer. Just fill with tap water, turn it on and it is ready to use in seconds. It's like a never ending flow of steam. No need to stop and let the machine catch up because the steam seems never to end. The price was good and this product arrived on time and in perfect working order. The instructions couldn't had been any easier. All the parts were there. It's wheels roll very good making it easy to move or adjust positions. Thank you for this wonderful product

This steamer is labeled commercial, so its size and functionality are considered in this review.I keep it in the garage on that concrete floor because water is in the unit's reservoir. Water and hardwood flooring is not a good combination. Plus, there is much more 'elbow' room in the garage.Positives:- It gets good and hot and gets rid of wrinkles.- It is well designed so that storage is less of a hassle, it is wheeled, and it reduces down nicely.- The clothes hanger locking knob is a must-have feature and makes all the difference when steaming a shirt.- The water reservoir is more than adequate to steam many shirts and pants without refilling and reheating.- Added tools that come with this unit can also be helpful once you get the hang of using this device.Negatives:- The large diameter hose is clumsy to handle when steaming clothing. Its diameter seems a bit too wide, at about one inch OD. However, in defense of the engineering here, it is dealing with dangerously hot steam, and safety is always an issue.Again, the steam head seems a bit too large for the average hand, but that same dangerously hot steam is flowing through it, and you are holding it constantly.- The power switch is large and sturdy but too high up on the unit's base for older people to operate it with their foot. A lower position would solve that problem for me by helping me to keep my balance.I am glad I purchased this useful device because it speeds up a distasteful job: ironing shirts and pants.If you have the room and steam often, I suggest you stop using that little hand steamer and move up to this big boy. You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.Addendum: If, over time, this device fails to maintain the standards I expect from it, I will post any issues that arise. Amazon customers have had bad experiences with purchased products and feel they were 'taken' by the seller. As an engineer, I can tear most things down to their essence and report what I find. So far, the unit is performing as I expect it should.My suggestion to customers who want to report their displeasure with a purchase is that they take the time to carefully type out and 'read' what they type before posting their review. When I read a negative review that has misspelled words, hard-to-understand sentence structure, or absolutely makes no sense, I tend to dismiss that person's opinion. It's a human failing, but if I do it, others do it.

Performs exactly as described. It was very easy to assemble. It’s recommended to use distilled water. I was able to steam 6 pairs of pants, 6 tops and a men’s dress shirt and I still had water in the tank. It’s incredibly fast with the steamer being easy to handle. Just be careful not to put your hand or fingers in front of the steamer. It’s hot! I’d highly recommend this professional grade steamer.

Love this! So easy to use. Much easier than a handheld steamer! I have rolled this to my dining table to get out wrinkles on the tablecloth too. Works great!

I have been looking for a stand up steamer for a long while. So many choices, but i finally chose this one! This clothing steamer is sturdy and puts out a-lot of steam that does not drop on your clothes!!!! It heated up with in 1-2 minutes, and made getting rid of wrinkles so easy!! This product works very well and i would recommend to anyone! Very happy customer!

I was amazed to see how well this steamer removed wrinkles. It's easy to set up and use and heats up quickly with a contstant flow of steam. Just the right size to store in the closet.
