The item works awesome I've had no problems with it yet used it three times and it has worked flawlessly each time. The steam output is very good and strong I have used it to reshape a few of my leather and felt cowboy hats not saying the company recommends this just saying it worked for me the unit heats up very fast is lightweight and much faster than trying to dig out and use an iron.I gave it to five stars where some may have said four the unit came broken with two small pieces of plastic off of the plastic casing this is only cosmetic and did not in any way affect performance in defense of the company I did not contact them and request them to do anything to alter or fix my problem so that's on me.

Size is good very easy to save somewhere in the corner, steam output helps to steam faster and doesn’t leave any marks, easy to carry around, I do recommend to buy something for the hand as well otherwise you may get burnt

It leaks water if you don’t drain it after every use. It does state this in the directions but it is inconvenient.

This steamer is fabulous! The steamer puts out lots of steam and being able to turn it in and off with the foot pedal is wonderful! It is nice to be able to shorten the poles for storage and then lengthen them for steaming dresses and such. The water tank holds enough water that you don’t need to refill it often.

Takes wrinkles out SO fast! This is worth the money!!

Have only used it a couple of times so far. Very easy to assemble & start up. Works well for items you don’t want to iron like synthetic materials. I will be steaming all my Lululemon!

Amazing! I don't know how I've lived without this, I may never iron again! Super easy to use! Works great on silk, cotton and even sweaters (plan to save a bundle on dry cleaning). Doesn't take up much space so easy to store. Highly recommend!
