4 large bags arrived in box, no visible damage but they are all damp on outside. I have opened one bag and refilled containers. Will update if any product issues.

I’ve used DampRid before and have always been happy with the way it controls excess moisture, but this particular order left me a bit disappointed. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of the refill bags had a hole in it, and some of the contents had already spilled out into the packaging. It wasn’t a huge mess, but still frustrating—especially since I was expecting to get full, intact bags. The product itself does work as intended—once placed in my DampRid container, it starts absorbing moisture pretty quickly and helps keep the area dry and fresh. I use these in rooms that tend to get damp to help prevent mold and mildew, and they do make a difference. However, I was hoping the bags would be larger. The 42 oz. size is okay, but for a 4-pack, I thought I was getting something a bit bigger for the price. Overall, the performance is good, but the packaging quality control could be improved to prevent damaged bags during shipping. Also, be aware of the actual size so your expectations match what you receive. I’ll probably still buy DampRid in the future because it works, but I may consider buying in person to avoid damaged packaging.
