This Furikake has that fresh sea salt taste with the rich sesame seeds and hightens whatever dish u put it on. I love it on top of most Asian sauces, like potsticker sauce, sushi sauce or sushi bake. The saltiness from the seaweed and the crunch it adds is a nice addition that helps put lots of dishes from the okay category to the great category. If you’ve tried it you know it’s just the icing on the cake to the quality of a dish. The jar is glass but I’ve never received a broken one after four orders and the sizing is good for the price. I’ll keep shaking my Furikake and buying from this brand.

This product is very consistent; I've enjoyed it for many years, just sprinkle a little on rice and it tastes much like sushi. Two additional things to know: First, the price on Amazon is good, and lower than the Asian markets close to me, and second, when it's empty, discard the aluminum lid, wash and save the glass jar and poly lid, as it makes a GREAT bedside water glass, as the lid keeps out dust and spiders.

Product was nice. Sesame seeds had good crunchyness, but there's a little too much sugar for me. Which it had a more salty balance. Wish I had only bought 1 instead of 2. But will try to use up before it goes bad.
