inov-8 F-lite G 300, Men's F-lite™ G 300

Unfortunately, my ankles sit really low and the material hits against them. I like the rest of them so much I considered doing some modification but ultimately returned them. No fault of the shoe at all, I just got a weird genetic makeup at the ankle factory.

Really, really bad. I usually expect a sensible, quality shoe from Inov-8 and these are anything but. At first they felt comfortable, but then all the trouble began. There is zero heel lock (granted, I have narrow ankles). The sock design is terrible and lacing them makes them just more uncomfortable. The base of the shoe is fairly narrow, so they're not actually that stable for dynamic movements. A few additional issues have arisen since only using these for like a month: the pull tab on the right shoe has already started to rip off, and after lacing the left shoe there is an audible squeaking nose every time I take a step. I'm glad other people have had positive experiences, but for me these shoes are a giant waste of money. Going back to Reebok, very disappointed in Inov-8.

Chose blue as it's the lowest price great feet room and good base support great for gym work out but not for heavy squat but ok for deadlift

まずはバーベルスクワットをした時に変化を感じれます。床に対して靴裏が吸い付くようにグリップするので、フォームが崩れにくく余分な力が入らずにトレーニングができます。 靴紐も調整がしやすく、キツく縛ればかなりのフィット感を得ることができます。 今までのトレーニングの質が、トレーニングシューズを変えるだけでここまで変わるのは衝撃を受けました。 買ってよかったです。
