I don't have overly sensitive skin, but this eyeliner makes my eyelid itch. I bought this with 3 other brands and I ranked it 3rd out of the 4 I tested. Also, you can't use just any old sharpener on it, so beware. Had to buy Inglot's sharpener. Did a smudge test immediately after applying and waiting a minute or two. All 4 brands smudged with no setting time (bottom of strokes in picture) and they all held pretty well after letting them set. For all day wear, I didn't like Inglot. Wet and Wild has better staying power for me. NYX beats them all. The only caveat is it's a liquid liner vs. kohl so if you like to smudge/blend, that's not the choice for you. I use NYX on my upper lid and Wet and Wild on my lower lid and I'm happy with them.
