Good School Computer, Can Handle Easy Games (Minecraft)
The battery life is amazing on this computer. I could use it nearly all day off of the charger. If you don't know anything about computers, it has a generally low RAM, meaning it cannot handle running big programs all at once (i.e. multiple browsing tabs+Microsoft Word+Microsoft PowerPoint+Spotify) without a noticeable lag. However, it for some reason you wanted to play Minecraft during your history class (but you shouldn't), you can limit your screen to a browser and the game, and it'll work fine. It has a lot of storage and a lot of accessories available online. It has multiple USB ports, a headphone jack, a card reader, a card tapper, and some other ports for other cables I have yet to encounter. It is the perfect work computer for after you move on from school and it will probably last that long. The CORE i5 mine came with will tell you it cannot not run Windows 11 (but you can find ways around that. Just don't tell anyone I told you that).

Awesome!
I read all the reviews and had a few concerns, but after receiving the laptop they turned out to be no issue!First, the laptop was well packed and basically appeared brand new! As an IT professional, I did what I'd normally do with ANY used laptop. The first was I downloaded Windows 10 Pro, 64bit from Microsoft and created an installation media on a USB drive. Inserted the drive in the laptop and booted up from the USB by pressing F12. I chose to do a new install keeping nothing. Deleted all existing disk partitions. And proceeded with the install on the unallocated disk space. Then I proceeded to Windows update and let that update everything. Next I went to Dell's website for the Lattitude 7280, went to the diganostics and downloaded and ran their Support Assist. From there I picked to run all the tests. There were a few more updates, but everything got a pass on the hardware tests. Finally, I installed Avast & Malwarebytes Antivirus and CCleaner to protect things and keep it happily running! The main concerns I had were the backlit keyboard not working and poor battery performance... I'm happy to report the backlight on mine DOES work, and the battery seems to hold a charge for a good amount of time - like a new laptop should! At $135, this was an absolute steal!!! I've only had it for a day, but I couldn't be happier... this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!

Powerful Little Laptop
This is an older Dell laptop...But saying that...Wow...it is a powerhouse of a 12 inch laptop. Everything seems to ge working great...The lite keyboard is really nice...the screen is clear and sharp and even though this laptop is older you would never know it. It looks like is brand new...not a scratch on it. The boot time is really fast and very quick to respond. The packing was great. I could not be happier with this purchase of this laptop. I would buy again from this seller....

False Advertising
I purchased this laptop specifically because one of the features was that it came with a backlit keyboard for the price. However, the keyboard does not light up. Other reviewers have complained about this same issue. Refurbished means it is supposed to work like new and as advertised. Because of this, I'm giving only 1 star.

Unbeatable for the price and GREAT customer service
This refurb laptop provides much better specs and performance for $150 than you would get for a $150 new laptop. Granted, the 6th gen i5 and Intel HD graphics are somewhat out-of-date but they are still great for everyday tasks and productivity. I also like how the SSD & RAM are upgradeable, and there is a second RAM slot so it only costs about $15 to buy a second stick of RAM and bring the total to 16GB. And while it is not “officially” upgradeable to Windows 11, I sideloaded it and I’ve got Windows 11 running great on this laptop. The 1080p full HD display is also a definite plus for a laptop of this price. My only complaints are that the laptop arrived with a subpar battery but I contacted the seller and they responded within the hour that a new one was on the way. The keyboard also isn’t backlit but that’s no big deal for me - but if it is to you than I would recommend you confirm with the seller first that it has a backlit keyboard. Overall this laptop is amazing considering its low $150 price tag.

Great laptop purchasr
The laptop set up was seamless. I’m thrilled to get this quality Dell mini for a price I could so easily afford. Windows 10 Pro allowed me to do my important “local system only” account. It has all the connection types I need; audio, USB C, HDMI and USB.

Good little computer, but beware of the short time while in battery mode
I like everything about this computer, except the claim that it's "Average Battery Life (in hours) 7"...is Just not true.I received computer yesterday, plugged it in and not only did it only charge to 98%, which is very acceptable for a refurbished unit, but the claimed battery life is about 1/2 of what Amazon states.I fully charged it (98%) then after downloading one program while still plugged in to A/C, I unplugged it from A/C and immediately dropped to 90%. I then put it in sleep mode and after about a 1/2 hr the hours left on battery was 3.5.........So if you plan on doing a lot of things while on battery.....Don't be surprised if you have less time than you think.

Great small lightweight computer. Appears to be new. Everything works, better than expected for the price.
