This is one of the best sauerkarauts I have ever had. Absolutely delicious and worth the purchase.

Nice crunchiness, I'd have to say the taste is a bit on the 'sharp/bitter' more harsh side leaves an unpleasant aftertaste for me. Hard to explain, but perhaps because it is 'raw', the taste isn't as calm and krauty as; for example, Eden Organic Sauerkraut. Hard to explain in writing, but if you love sauerkraut then you will know what I am saying. Probably a personal taste thing. The overall quality and the lovely mason jar of this brand is fantastic.

Great taste. Will definitely buy again.

sauerkraut as expected

Love this sauerkraut! Previously I bought Bubbies but wanted something that wasn’t heated. Plus I wasn’t crazy about the Bubbies sauerkraut. This far exceeds Bubbies in taste. I love the flavor so much.

This isn't exactly sauerkraut, it's is a bottled raw cabbage with fermentation process still going. Taste very crunchy and the acid from the unfinished fermentation bothered my teeth. It also doesn't have all of the good bacteria for the gut,because usually gets developed towards the end of the fermentation process. I feel they are selling it before it's ready. The choice is yours.

It was crunchy and that is important to me in a kraut.

Compared to other sauerkraut I have tried, the taste is more naturally and not so harsh. Love it!
