I know that Amazon.com would help me out if there was a problem with my order. So I decided to purchased this item regardless the two previous reviews. Just received the item and I am happy to say that it was as described, it does include the bracket, which you will have to install. I will definitely buy this item in the future if I ever need another one.

Does not actually include the BF9 bracket... so $100 for a piece of sheet steel with an aluminum block attached to it.

Item does not include the head, item is Fresno only, previous review states the same, I figured it would have been sorted out and purchased anyway. Item has been returned, this is a false ad.
