How long does it take to start turning your gray hair brown using this product? Are the results temporary or permanent?

I couldn’t use it that long because of the smell an too messy on my hair, I wouldn’t recommend it

Why does the container say 50 mL and the ounces is not visible? There are two different containers. Which one is the accurate contained?

Good Day, The container says 473.18 ml, 16 oz. or 1 lbs. I am not sure of the 50 ML that you indicate but the product indicates that exact weight of the shipment. 50 ML would mean that the product is 1.6 lbs. We test our products and send them through testing and all batches have met the standards. None of them have come up under weight. We have a company policy that provides return for any one that is unhappy with the product. Please let us know if you would like to return.

Should this be a liquid? The pictures show it solid.

Good Day, Batana Oil pump goes from a liquid to a fatty solid in temperature of 70 degrees or more. It will turn back into a solid in cool or room temperature.
