When you 1st start using Acnecide treatments, you should only apply it once every other day for a few days to allow your skin to get used to the effects. When you apply it is up to you, but in the evening is generally recommended. For the rest of the day and on non-treatment days, you can just use a gentle, non-exfoliative and non-irritating skincare routine of cleansers and moisturisers, such as those from the 'purple label' Purifide skincare range. After a week or so, and if your skin is tolerating the treatment with only mild side effects, you can gradually increase application up to a max of 2 x daily over a couple of weeks.
