The tray is not finished at all. Even the clay filling have not been rubbed and smoothened. Wood strands are out between the base panels. Although it looks sturdy. Not happy with the look. It doesn’t even have the polish.

OMG the product what u see virtually is the same delivered. Fine finishing and perfect wood colour. Best serving tray. This is the first time am giving the product review on the same day of receiving it. I usually comment on products after few weeks of usage. Good quality for the price. However, the size shown in the image is a bit misleading. The tray is a bit smaller than appears. However, it's sizable to fit about 4 to 5 small cups.
