Since I have started taking it I feel less tired and sleepy . It’s easy to swallow though it looks big.

When I opened the bottle I was surprised by how big the capsules are compared to my usual tiny capsule brand. When I read the ingredients on the bottle I understood why.These capsules have a dose of EPA and DHA that is more than three times the content of my usual capsules.The recommended dose is still two capsules a day meaning that a pack of ninety will last for forty five days. This is better, for me, than taking four of my usual smaller dose and smaller size capsules.The packaging has clear instructions with health warnings (consult with a GP if pregnant or have health problems) also clearly described.I wish that the capsules had a vitamin E addition but, other than this, these are probably my new favourite brand of Omega 3 capsules.The expiry date is also very generous - it's currently December 2023 and the expiry date at the bottom of the bottle is the end of May 2026.

There is a small after taste but not really powerful so that is fine.The expiry date is also very generous at over 2 years but if you take that long to use the bottle then what are you doing, just keep them in reach.A fair price for 90 capsules of Omega 3.

This omega 3 supplement is very good value for money, considering there is 750mg of EPA and DHA combined in each capsule.Compared to the majority of other omega 3 supplements, there is more than 50% more EPA and DHA in each capsule with this supplement, yet this supplement only costs about 18p/capsule.Other high-end omega 3 supplements I have tried cost 30p/capsule or more and yet still don't offer as high of a dosage as this supplement does.Personally, I always aim to take 2,000mg of EPA and DHA combined, so I am taking three capsules of this per day. With many other supplements I would need to take 5-8 capsules each day to achieve the same dosage.For £16 for this supplement you're getting an absolute bargain, again, dosage-considered. Sure, there are plenty of options for a third of the price, but you'll also find that the dosage of those supplements is also a lot lower.

Bad quality vitamins

These softgels are very easy to take as they are smaller than others I have taken before. The softgels are unflavoured, which is a plus for those who are not fans of the typical fishy aftertaste associated with some supplements.The product has a very high ratio of EPA and DHA, which are the two key Omega-3 fatty acids. I’m taking these for the general benefits that Omega 3 provides such as improving brain function, reducing inflammation in the joints, heart health, etc.It's difficult to say how much of an impact this is having on me because I do already have a consistently high intake of Omega 3 in my diet and through supplementation, but I have had positive effects on mood and inflammatory measures since taking Omega 3 supplements, which have not worsened since taking this particular supplement.
