price not too high
hard shelled case.. i bought it for my ruger 9mm charger.. fits perfect .. the foam inside prevents anything from rattling around.. its just a tad too thick to fit under the bed here but i have other places to stash it .. over all not too shabby

Great Rifle Case
This is a quality heavy duty gun case. An AR15 with a collapsible butt stock and a 16" barrel will fit if you collapse the stock all the way. I have a fairly thick butt stock on my ARs. The cheap thin stock will fit with room to spare.

Great Value and Features for the Price
Purchased this case as an affordable option for my low end (~$420) Pistol Caliber Carbine. The case arrived quickly and was well packaged by Amazon. The design gives you an option to install two dividers (provided) and two weapons straps (provided), which I did because it worked well with the size of my firearm. The dividers create two smaller areas large enough for a few magazines or even a compact pistol (my Taurus G2C fits very well in one of these divided areas). You have to cut the foam to fit divided areas, but Flambeau included guide cuts in the foam that I was able to cut through with sharp scissors. The foam fit back in very well. There are also pre-cut guides for the straps - a thoughtful inclusion. The plastic used to make the case is a little thin, though well molded, so I'm unsure about long-term durability. That said, the foam is thick enough to ensure weapons are safe. The four latches are a bit flimsy, but latch solidly.I'll update this review if I run into problems, but my overall impression is that this is an excellent, well thought out case for the money, and it's perfect for a lower cost weapon. I'd probably spring for a more rugged case for a weapon over $800.

Great Case to Hold Photographer or Videographer LED Light Tubes
What a great durable and cost efficient case to hold my photography and videography lighting equipment!I purchased this case to hold my NEEWER TL60 RGB Tube Light Sticks because I didn't like the soft case that the lights initially came with. With this case I'm easily able to secure 4 light sticks and the pre-cut foam easily allowed me to put my own straps to secure the lights to the foam so that they don't bounce around while in transport. Best of all it's lightweight and won't be too much of a hassle to carry when transporting the lights. I guess the only thing I wish this had was a shoulder strap mount somewhere on the case. You'll have to carry this case by the handle only.Definitely try out this case, you won't regret it!

An amazing case and an unbelievable deal.
I don't write a great many reviews, but sometimes you come across a product that you feel is worth twice the price. I have never seen a case at this price that I felt was worth more than I paid until now. The case is sturdy and well made, it fits together and the foam is thick enough to protect it's cargo. What's even better is the care and thought that went into the design. The ability to section off parts of the case in several different configurations and the fact their are places to attach straps inside set this case apart. Combine that with pre-scored foam that you can very easily remove the section for the walled off part, then put the foam into each section and have it fit perfect would have surprised me in a case costing over $100. I have paid more than twice as much for a scoped rifle case that didn't feel like this level of craftsmanship. Add in the bonus that it's TSA and airline compliant as well and score! My son made off with the screw pack before I saw it, wanting to add it to his legos, so when I contacted the company to find out what size screws to buy, they offered to ship them less than a day later. I had found them by that point and declined, but it was nice to see the offer. When I finally get around to buying new fishing gear, their boxes are going to be check first. It's refreshing to see well made products that are backed by great customer service.Very happy with my purchase and it's definitely recommended!Cheers,Michael

Skip the instructions and cut to fit; perfect for flamethrower!
For what this costs, $40, you really can’t beat it... measure your object make sure it fits and cut away some foam using a box cutter BLADE. The way you make cutouts is basically like skinning the fat off ribs, you pull with one hand and tuck the blade/knife underneath let the blade break away the “fat”. when it’s closed, it feels sturdy and tough. A car will probably crush this thing but for durable storage and maybe even shipping, this will hold up. It fits my friends cz scorpion with a suppressor (tailhook folded) but I got it to fit my XM42 Lite flamethrower. It was the only box that can fit my flamethrower inside (first world problems)I wish it was a touch smaller length wise (as seen in pic) but it’ll do. Plus I can use the space for the ignition fuel tank.Once it’s closed, it feels like a nice tight clamshell.Design wise, I’m glad it doesn’t have the clips on the sides, only in front of you opposite of the hinges, as “stuffing it” would misalign hinges on the sides..There also appear to be some cutouts and some extra crap that came with it like instructions but guess what happen to that before I read them....

Not a Pelican, but very functional
Lots of mixed reviews on this. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it met exactly what I expected FOR THAT PRICE.It is not as solid and sturdy as a Pelican by any means. I also own the V700 for my AR.But the overall package is perfect for my Mossberg 590 Cruiser.Aside from its flexing issue (which I don’t consider a huge deal - even in the case I still treat my firearms appropriately) the only other issue long term would be the hinges. They aren’t horrible, but they aren’t great. Before pulling the trigger on ordering I searched replacement hinges and found multiple options at short money. If these fail I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to fashion some replacements easy. That is my only gripe. But it’s balanced by a reflective cost. I’d have bought this same case for twice the money if they got rid of the 4 cheap hinges and put two higher quality on it.
