The media could not be loaded.  I never really have to turn this on high, the highest I've had it on was medium. I love that this actually oscillates which has been helpful when I'm moving back and forth from my desk to my printer. Love having the option of being able to use this with or without a cord. Most of the time I do have this on the cord but there have been times where I move this to my bathroom counter, in my closet or even in the kitchen and I don't have to have this plugged in. Love that it looks like a cactus, great little feature. I did see there were options for different colors but the green is really pretty. As you can hear in the video, when I turned it to high, it got a little noisy. I had this on high in my kitchen and the only noise was from the fan. I have a wooden desk that I shot the video on and since there is nothing underneath, the vibrations can be a little loud. If you have it on a more solid surface, there is absolutely no vibration noise, just the fan noise. Other than that, the amount of air this little fan pushes out is really great. Easy to move around and hardly takes up any space.

The media could not be loaded.  The battery charge lasts quite a long time on a single charge! It also operates plugged into a power bank, powder brick, or computer USB. The highest setting is louder but similar to my other desk fan. No one has ever said anything about it at work though. I get compliments on it all the time! It is cute and functional and my sister just bought the pink one because she loved it so much.

You have eyes, it is as cute as it looks. Surely these people drink Cactus Cooler, right?The noise tones are ok. A lil higher in pitch than a 16" Holmes fan about 5 feet away. The volume & tone at top speed is preferrable to the cat eared USB fan and same or better air volume, even though this has a smaller diameter on the fan blade.I like that the cable fully detaches & the battery operation option. The oscillation is enough to give some head to toe cooling (depending on placement and height).It is not silent, but reasonable. I sometimes wonder if some of these people that think things are loud, live and work in a mausoleum, because they come across as if they'd think the library is too loud. A box fan, a box fan is loud (and will cool better for the same money), but this is a long way from that.I picked it up, because I was able to do so for $15 and change, instead of 18.99. Still paying a novelty tax, but not as bad.

I was attracted to the cute, portable aspect of this fan. Fan has 3 speeds. Also, the oscillation works independent of the fan. The air output is great even on low. However, this fan is so noisy. Even on the lowest setting it is just too noisy to have at my desk at work. Its not just the motor aspect of the fan. The plastic housing vibrates adding extra noise. As cute as it is, not worth it for the noise.

Just got it, it’s a gift for my niece. I took it out and looked at it though since there weren’t any reviews when I bought it, and I wanted to see if it was as good as I hoped. It’s pretty stinking adorable. The low setting doesn’t put out much air, but gives a light breeze, but the high setting really does a good job for a fan it’s size. And of course there’s the middle setting when you don’t want either extreme. I’m pretty sure my niece will love it. She likes unique little things for her room. I love that it’s got a cord to recharge it so no batteries necessary.
