Great stuff
Note you must shake it well before using to get the chili flakes off the bottom of the oil. I used it on some beef ramen and the flavor really popped. Tasty and it has a nice bit of heat. Recommended.

Really good chili oil
I love chili oil and always have it as a staple. But as I have been trying to cut out Poly-unsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs) I was so sad to realise they were all made with soybean oil. I know its what gave it some of its flavour, but I knew I couldn't repurchase. I was looking for a purchasable alternative so I didn't have to make my own and I found this. So I tried this on a blind buy and I'm glad I did. It has wonderful flavour. The Olive oil used doesn't have a strong olive oil flavour (or if it did it was so well infused it's no longer noticeable). I usually buy chili oils with peanuts or anchovies or other things in it to give it more flavour-this was as good or better without any of those add ons. This will be a new pantry staple.

If you're looking for heat this is great, but you will need your special spice mix
I was reading reviews that raved and reviews that said the taste wasn't there. My thoughts are both are correct. Don't get me wrong. It's great for bringing the heat, but don't expect it to have a taste of its own.The salt content is really low, which is good for people who have high blood pressure. I shook it up and tried a spoonful cold just to see, and the first impression was just olive oil with a slight warmth to it. It really wakes up if you use it while cooking. The heat is great, real pinching Sichuan chili bite. It definitely builds, but I can't say honestly that this is quite as hot as Korean Shin Ramyun soup base. It's a close second but not quite there. If you're really looking for a flavorful spice additive to your food, I wouldn't do this. I'd try the Huy Fong Chili Paste. It's also low-sodium, great for blood pressure. The Sichuan Drizzle oil is great for what it's meant for. It's great for bringing the heat, but definitely pair it with your favorite spices and ingredients to marry it with some flavor. Hope this helps.

Absolutely addicted!!!!
I am addicted to using this on my ramen and couldn’t imagine not having this when I eat my ramen and order 2-3 bottles at a time. Thanks for the company that made this it is absolutely amazing and gives my ramen that perfect heat and flavor and definitely worth the money and smells yummy when mixed in my ramen. Going to have to try it in other dishes because it is that good!

Spicy but definite taste enhancer!
We bought the Naples Drizzle a while back. Although it’s very spicy, we love the taste! And even after we mistakenly put it in the fridge and the oil froze, once we had thawed it, it tasted exactly the same as it had before the freezing! Definitely recommended, if you like a bit of a zing to your food!

Disappointed!
So I just tried this and was disappointed that there were no sichuan peppercorns in this. Geesh! Where is there one that is genuine? I guess I will have to make it myself.

Spicy
This is really great chili oil if you like it spicy. I have tried many different kinds only to find out I cannot taste the spiciness.

The Best Oil You Never Thought Of!
I am a chili oil addict and it just amazes me how this chili oil cuts richness while bringing brightness and acidity to whatever it touches! Flavor is light, clean and brings just enough spiciness to round it all out! Could it be spicier? Sure but a condiment that will permanently be in my pantry! 10!
