Absolutely addicted!!!!
I am addicted to using this on my ramen and couldn’t imagine not having this when I eat my ramen and order 2-3 bottles at a time. Thanks for the company that made this it is absolutely amazing and gives my ramen that perfect heat and flavor and definitely worth the money and smells yummy when mixed in my ramen. Going to have to try it in other dishes because it is that good!

Great stuff
Note you must shake it well before using to get the chili flakes off the bottom of the oil. I used it on some beef ramen and the flavor really popped. Tasty and it has a nice bit of heat. Recommended.

Good quality. As described.
This is an incredible chile oil! The ingredients are spot on. The appearance is amazing. The flavor and spice it adds to your stir fry, or whatever, is amazing. The price has gone up since the last time I ordered, but it is still worth a go.

Really good chili oil
I love chili oil and always have it as a staple. But as I have been trying to cut out Poly-unsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs) I was so sad to realise they were all made with soybean oil. I know its what gave it some of its flavour, but I knew I couldn't repurchase. I was looking for a purchasable alternative so I didn't have to make my own and I found this. So I tried this on a blind buy and I'm glad I did. It has wonderful flavour. The Olive oil used doesn't have a strong olive oil flavour (or if it did it was so well infused it's no longer noticeable). I usually buy chili oils with peanuts or anchovies or other things in it to give it more flavour-this was as good or better without any of those add ons. This will be a new pantry staple.

Spicy but definite taste enhancer!
We bought the Naples Drizzle a while back. Although it’s very spicy, we love the taste! And even after we mistakenly put it in the fridge and the oil froze, once we had thawed it, it tasted exactly the same as it had before the freezing! Definitely recommended, if you like a bit of a zing to your food!

Plenty of heat but not much flavor
I just recently made my own Sichuan oil by toasting the peppers and then grinding them in my Vitamix. It was a bit of work, preparing the peppers so I wanted to try some already made for times when I didn't have any of my own. The difference is quite noticeable. My oil is darker and more flavorful...richer. This Drizzle oil has to be shaken, shaken, shaken to distribute the flakes and then the oil still looks weak, like 50% weaker than mine. That's not to say it's not hot, cause it is hot. The richness of a good chili oil is what makes Sichuan cooking so good, in my opinion.

Absolutely Delicious!!!
This sauce is simply terrific!! I had been in quest of a high quality, hot oil for my potstickers and discovered this on Amazon. It's so delicious that sometimes I sprinkle it on other foods. The blend of olive, sesame and peanut oils along with the small chili peppers is perfectly blended. I even noticed that a few days after I started using this oil my complexion seemed to have a pretty glow. The oils plus the peppers are delicious and healthy. I love this stuff!!

Spicy
This is really great chili oil if you like it spicy. I have tried many different kinds only to find out I cannot taste the spiciness.
