I would suggest large or medium Because they don’t have adjustable shoulder straps too small is better than too big.

This will probably be a question only the manufacturer or sellers can answer but does the fabric in these bras have BPA in them?

I really do not know. They are great bras though. The only ones that fit me so well.

I’m a 34ddd. what size should i get? will a l be too small in the cup? should i get the xl? i’m worried it might be loose based on the size chart.

I got a large for my wife, 36DD. XL will likely be too loose, cup should be adequate. I got two more for her because she says they are very comfortable.
