RED Solid Plain Rubber Backed Non-Slip Hallway Stair Kitchen Runner Rug Carpet 22in X 4ft

I ordered these back in Sept. (2019), they are not red, but more redskins burgundy. They don't match my red kitchen decor, however they serve the purpose; my kitchen is hardwood and I bought these because it's high traffic and so the dogs and cats (or rugs) wouldn't slip and slide when running about, and that's held true, between my boxer, mini Aussie, 2 cats (4 when my daughter is home from college), when they are chasing each other, or the cats running for their lives from the dogs, the carpets don't budge. They are extremely thin, no padding; think cheap office carpet that's been put right over concrete, but I didn't buy them for comfort. Because of the color, if you order a darker color and put them in a high traffic area, expect to vacuum a lot, they show every drop of dirt, dust, hair, crumb, etc., however between the dogs treat drool, cats wet food droppings, splashes from cooking in the kitchen and my teenagers no stains have shown up, once vacuumed they are as good as new. I ordered three (3) and was able to customize each to size, which would cost more through a carpet store. If they had sent me Red, and I mean Red - Red - not burgundy, like stated, even with the extra vacuuming, I would be a happy camper!!

I expected a little better quality for the price! I’ve ordered the wine color and it picks up every piece of lint or crumb which means I have to vacuum it daily! It’s very thin. I’m keeping it, but I’m not pleased with it! I could’ve gone to Ross, and gotten a better quality for a third of the price!

These are VERY basic looking and quite thin. They remind me of a thin runner that might be in a public building like a bank or something; they don't have a very homey vibe. If you're okay with super understated and utilitarian rugs, these are great. They are decent quality and have held up just fine for me. If you want a cushy, homey rug more similar to regular carpet, I would look for something different.

. The picture was miss leading. You should have shown the actuall size of the rug. I thought the rug shown here would have been perfect for my hallway. I was upset when the rug arrived because I seen how short it was. Then I realized I needed a short red rug for my living room door.

Just the right size in front of my fireplace.
