Great little fan works well ,I have the other much bigger Ryobi fan but where space is limited this is a good alternative

Great bit of kit

I bought this to keep air moving around in my green house as well as camping in the summer and generally around the house, its a bit of a swiss army fan when you dont need wires! I have the small 1.3Ah battery and it lasts over 8 hours on setting 1. I have a solar-powered chargable camping fan, and this beats it by miles, don't even waste your money on one and get this instead. It's mildly quite, and has a long reach (look on youtube its goes quite a way!). You could use this on your bedside or further away aimed at the bed for example and I think the noise level is passable on speed 1, its certainly quieter than the house fan I have (the pole style with 3 smaller fans you get from b&q). Speed 2 is full blast, maybe too powerful inside the house, as the power and noise jumps up quite a lot. This could be useful in an industrial setting as its almost a hand held leaf blower! The clamp is very tight and doesn't feel like it will fall off while hanging upside down. It's heavy for its size and would be perfect for normal camping when you're near your vehicle, but not wild camping when everything is on your back as its too bulky and heavy for that. Pros; -Super battery life -Can stand upright and not tip over -LONG range and moves a lot of air -Strong clamp Cons; -Heavy (Dont use for wild camping) -Only has 2-speed settings with a big jump in speed between them.

Ideal fan for sports locations like Tenpin Bowling leagues and tournaments. Holds a food charge to be used on several occasions prior to recharging.

Had to replace the first unit I bought as after only a couple of weeks of light use the bearing started to fail, making a lot of vibrations and noise. The replacement has been perfectly fine. Works with all the batteries I have for my tools so working outside in the heat has been much more bearable. Quite loud compared to some other fans but it puts out quite a bit of airflow to compensate, and to be honest, it's not like you're going to buy one of these to put beside your bed at night. The clip is fantastic - it grabs and holds on to anything - even sideways on my monitor arm no problem. Recommended, but a shame the first one was a dud.

Original Ryobi in new box. Runs forever on an old 1ah battery (6hrs ) on high. Good deal compared to similar HD offer in Canada

If you live in Florida and go to theme parks often buy this right now. It’s powerful and will keep you and your baby cool. It’s the best fan I’ve ever had and the battery last all day. The clip works so well on my stroller and I like that you can rotate the fan around.

Fläkten har gått kanske 5 timmar om dagen i tre dagar och på ett 5ah batteri har det försvunnit en plutt, så fläkten är ganska snål när den går på lägsta iaf

We needed two small fans for our camper. These are great. two speed (although the fast is a bit loud) with a 5ah battery they last all night giving air movement in a camper. I got these as I have other Ryobi tools and have not regretted it.
