It’s the second time I have bought these to put in the back of a pair of slightly too big shoes as they are good quality and very functional . They fit well are really comfy as if part of your shoes and super sticky so once in place they never come off. They don’t lose their softness or go flat. My previous ones were in the shoes for a couple of years until I got rid of the shoes. Easy to put in.

Bought to adjust wide fit shoes, upper number was too big, lower was too small but middle still fit a bit big. The poita are a bit painful and do not recommend to use

Good system when used either together or separately. Would have liked to have seen pure white in colour, but I suppose it doesn’t matter when on foot.

I bought these recently for a pair of trainers that were a bit too big, and after using these, the trainers now fit perfectly and feel more plush on the back of the shoes.For under £5 for 2 sets, it is really good value and cheaper than branded items that look like they do the same job.I would highly recommend this item if you want to add some extra padding and make your shoes that are a bit too big have a better fit.Thank you 5/5 *****

Very uncomfortable and didn't stick for longer.

I had the option of too tight or too loose heels, no in between, went for the loose and padded them out with these little beauties.I used the heel grips under the balls of my feet as they were a bit too bulky for their intended use (would be fine for boots, but in order to sit behind your tendon they come up too high for standard shoes) but they served really well as cushioning.The toe inserts can be cut & altered for best fit.Would defo order these again for similar shoes.
