Soft Side Carry-on Luggage, 22-inch International Cabin Size with Removable Battery Pack & Packing Cubes, Navy/Black

I searched high and low for a large wheel carry on bag. I had one for over 15 years that finally gave out. The phone charger is nice but unnecessary. It really is simply an extra pocket to put it in on out through the zipper. The packing cubes are also completely unnecessary. What does work is a very well designed bag with extra large wheels which keeps it from flipping sideways on curbs and rocks. The wheel design is very cool, hard to describe but nicely done. It fit nicely in the Southwest overhead bin. I believe this carry on will work for all common airlines except American. Their carry on size is very small.

Began investing in this luggage 5-years-ago and completely satisfied with the style, durability. It’s a little pricey but worth the purchase verses filling damage claims. Uniquely easy to identify because of the large wheels.

Appears well made a pulls easily. Most roller boards have a handle near the wheels for 2 hand lifting. This luggage has no handle. It could use one. Also this company released their luggage just in time for Covid. They are now out of business and web site is permanently down.

I really like G-Ro products. I have the model Six and this one. They are nice and well designed, and I was sad to hear that the company went put of business during the pandemic. I was glad to see this third-party seller sell their remaining inventory at a competitive price. The cases appear well made, but a lot of luck is involved in determining actual real-world durability (individual results may vary). I like how there is just one big pocket that opens from the front on this model. Some people prefer a symmetrical clamshell but for me, the front opening makes it easier to quickly open the case at airports, etc. without having stuff fall out. The case is relatively stable but might tip forward or back depending on how it is packed. My main complaint about this product is that is was supposed to come with packing cubes and a battery pack. Mine did not. Unfortunately, I was on travel when the carryon-on was delivered and did not get to check it until I returned over a month later. I am sure that the package was not opened or otherwise tampered with, but it contained only the carry-on without the packing cubes or battery. I informed the seller who responded that it had been more than a month so there was nothing they would do—that is understandable, but It’s not like I was trying to scam them out of trivial accessories. I like the carry-on, but I do think there are better options for the price, especially since I didn’t receive the accessories. The seller ships quickly but certainly does not go out of their way to make things right. Given the lack of seller and manufacturer support, in the future I will buy a much cheaper Samsonite or a more expensive Osprey.

Excellent suitcase that is perfect for travel! The wheels are fabulous and are sure not to be damaged. It comes with several packing bags which are fabulous and helpful to keep items organized and in a neat fashion. HIghly recommend!

Smaller than expected

I got the bag but not the rest. Bag looks ok. Makes noise when rolled.I would return it for the "not as advertised" but have to go on the trip now :(
