This ladder is wonderful. I feel safe using it and the steps are made very sturdy. The folding and unfolding is a little stiff, but with frequent use will be fine. I highly recommend it.

I'm older and needed a manageable step ladder that is sturdy in the hopes to prevent falls. I like the handrails on this. Often when I get things down from a shelf I wish that I had something to rest the item on, particularly if it's large. I'm able to do that with this step ladder. I like the tool pouch, too. It's really a good ladder. The steps are wide and it's taller than a small stepping stool. It's a really good deal!

Well constructed

Very easy to assemble. Took about five minutes. Very stable. Would be better if it had a shelf at the top to hold tools etc. instead of the tool bag.

I like it alot.
