This was my second purchase, so I now have both the smaller and the larger mug. The larger one is excellent for tea in the morning, and for getting my free coffee at the supermarket, which doesn’t quite fit in the smaller one. That I now use for a hot drink in the car for short trips. These are so well designed, particularly for travelling. No possibility of spills, and easily opened and closed with a single button press. Keeps liquid hot or cold for hours. They’re also very tactile. Very durable - impossible to break - and made in the UK. Highly recommended by one very satisfied customer.

I thought about giving this travel mug 4stars because it leaked once but it’s such a (literally cool) mug it’s gotta have full marks . The colour black (powder coated) with the silver metal band and MOON logo quietly announcing itself at the bottom is cool . The mug is slim so I bought a bottle brush from Amazon to keep it clean from brown stains forming from tea coffee and hot chocolate. It has no smell coming from the powder coating, it’s a very well designed mug. Hence good value for money. And very durable. To test its leak proof aspect I filled it with tea and tipped upside down several times and it leaked the first time but not again . The top is plastic and if you fill it too full it stops the top button pressing to release the liquid inside. It stays cool to the touch two thirds from the bottom and just Luke warm at the top. It’s easy to hold doesn’t slip. I use it mainly without the top because it’s so good at holding the heat or cold indoors it’s not really necessary to have the top on . But when the top is on it holds heat or cold very well . The texture of the plastic top and the powder coating body is very nice . This is the second purchase of this MOON mug . It’s a first class buy for me and fits in my muggi holder very easily it has the circumference of a can of beer or pop.

I ordered the larger size in black and have been using it a lot, almost 2 weeks now. The good: Does not leak. If I drink from it then tip upside down there may be one or two drops (expected - makes sense for there to be a little bit of tea or coffee left in the lid after locking). This is amazing for me. Best coffee cup I’ve used in this regard. I have others that are leak proof but aren’t practical for walking and drinking at the same time, more for taking a hot drink to work or somewhere to drink while seated. Keeps hot drinks warm. I filled with tea today, was outside on a cold day. Tea stayed warm for 5 ish hours (can’t recall what the time is advertised to be), I would have liked the tea to be a bit hotter when I went to drink it. Normally I wouldn’t keep it this long though so not an issue for me! Great being able to drink from anywhere on the cup! Also the flow is good. A lot of coffee cups have small holes for drinking which I find ruins the experience. The bad: Cleaning the lid. How to clean the lid?? Worried about tea/coffee being left in the lid and hardening (then going into next drink…) and also smell of milk from within the lid? I hand wash using a sponge and washing up liquid but not sure how to get properly into the lid. I use hot water. Overall - would recommend. Although I expect the longer I use the cup for the more the cleaning challenges will become an issue for me. Would be helpful if the lid could be taken apart.

I placed my order after 8pm on a Monday night, with prime I had next day delivery. To my utter surprise it arrived on Tuesday morning before 9am. Now thats fast delivery. It came well packaged , not really a lot of clear information on the usage of the button , but after close examination it tells you on the button. Pressed down to drink , button up is sealed. It is non leak as described , I bring mine in my backpack to work. It keeps my coffee hot for up to 4-5hrs , then its warm for up to 8hrs. I ordered the all black and it is lovely. The cup can go in the dishwasher , lid is wash by hand. I had concerns about getting down the rim of lid cleaned properly but I just press the button and let the hot water run through, then I get a bit of kitchen roll and push it around the rim to make sure its all clean. I do have to leave it to drip dry overnight remembering to turn it so the water drips out the other way , leave the button pressed in for this. I am very happy with this purchase and it holds more than my last cup. It is not heavy and fits nicely in my hand. Not had any drops yet so cant say how it will hold up in durability. I would definitely purchase again. Happy hot coffee drinker on my lunch break

Excellent customer service! I needed to contact the company as the lid to my cup had a rattle, although it worked perfectly well. They duly sent a new lid within a few days. The cup works very well. Drinks stay hot for hours and the 360 drinking lid is ideal when in the car. I really like this product.

Brilliant, travel cup, had to try a few different cups to get one that fits the cup holder in my van, this one is about 60mm base and is perfect fit, what i was also really surprised about, is that alot of cups say spill proof only to find out they leak, This cup however can be put upside down in a pocket what ever you want and so far not a drop has leaked. The lid can go in the dishwasher, but the main body is handwash only which is a shame but usual for these kind of cups. Overall cost a little more than most cups but definitely a quality item, and worth the extra in my view.

This is my 2nd moon mug keeps the drink hot but i take this with me in my van and driving to work the button on the top really rattles I've tried having the button pushed in but it still does it. Will have to look for something different

Love my moon coffee mug, best one I've ever had. Looks good and keeps my coffee hot for as long as it's in the cup. Which is not to long.

When the coffee is nearly finished, the design of the cup makes it very easy to spill the drink. It could be more spill-resistant or better designed for easy handling when there's less coffee left. However, the travel mug looks great, has a nice shape, and fits comfortably in the hand.
