No moral, boring no real point to story
While I totally see what Joe Wicks is trying to achieve here and I admire it, I found the story boring and repetitive. There is no moral to the story, the bears don’t really do anything and the book lacks a rousing conclusion / warm fuzzy ending. Call me cliched. I’m sure my opinion will be unpopular - I am a huge fan of the Body Coach but also a huge fan of children’s books and I just didn’t find the burpee bears to be a successful marriage of these two worlds.

More than just any other kids book
This was such a great read! My 2 children LOVED it - they were captivated and randomly started doing lunges and burpees during the story! We did the wind down routine together as it was bedtime and they want to make the recipes this week. What an amazing book!! We look forward to reading it more and more with them and doing the wake up exercise routine tomorrow!

Fragmented
Difficult to follow - confusing, great recipes but the story is lacking. Not really a kids book l

Looks a lovely book!
A little Christmas present for my Great-Nephew. I love Joe Wicks, who kept me fit throughout lockdown with his exercise classes, so I knew it would be good.

Christmas gift for my grandchildren
I like Joe's instruction, not sure if a youngster will follow day in and day out if they are unable to read. Initially with help from parents it will be a winner..... until I know I can't say any more.
