Actually I feel pretty good and relaxing and help sleep. Good product. Hopefully it’s work good.

Works but with caveats
Glycine is claming and is a GABA agonist meaning it helps make GABA receptors ore available and thus you calm down. Sometimes I have a paradoxical effect and it stimulates me. Same with Taurine. I take them during the day and I feel really calm.

After megadosing 5 grams of glycine a day, I noticed immediate pain relief from my bones after 3 days of taking them consistantly with my Bovine Collagen Peptides. I would recommend looking into medication interactions before taking glycine yourself.
