I purchased a large one for myself and this one for a gift. I got the most excitement over the use of this over any other gift I've ever given. Pop the towel in before your shower and when you get out you can wrap yourself in warmth. Cold month, pop your shirts or socks in and put toasty clothes on before you go into the cold. What a simple way to spoil yourself.

My wife has always loved the hot towels and hot blankets that she was given in the hospital. This device does it all! She warms her PJs, bath towels and a blanket when she lies down. She says she just melts when the heat is applied. The self timer and on/off controls are easy to use and get the items to just the right temperature. Love the device.Well, it was almost a year of constant use. This device was used 2-3 times daily, even in the summer. On Sunday, the device failed to heat, the light came on but did not warm. I contacted Customer Support on Monday and on Tuesday (after providing requested proof of ownership), the company has indicated they will replace the device and will be sending it out shortly!!! My wife loves the device so, that I had already ordered another. Well, two are always better then one! I cannot overstate how good this company is and their support for their product. GREAT SERVICE (which you don't always see these days)
