Good, just no assembly instructions
The media could not be loaded. For the price, great saw. We tested it on small tree that fell. We got a 24" inch bar.A few things: item is shipped from manufacturer, not Amazon which made a delay in arrival. Two days after order Bar & chain came first via UPSPS, then 3 days later the machine part arrived via UPS. No tracking for the UPS one. I sent the seller a msg on the day the chain & bar arrived, I got a response 2 days later with tracking from UPS. Communication not the best. Now starting it, watch videos on YT! Factory settings are not the best. You'll have to adjust the high & low needles- they were backed out way too far. Got it started finally by giving it gas. I know a brand new chainsaw is difficult to start, this one will leave you out of breath! No prime ball.No schematics on assembly. Was left with extra parts. One chubby screw that I have no idea where it goes.Another review said to change out the caps that are for bar oil & gas- our bar oil one leaked (see photo- I did wipe some of it off). We will replace the caps.Overall its well built despite the extra screws we have in a bag.The 92cc is great, heavy saw, but worth it.

Yes, it's worth the $$....
Ok, so assembly wasn't bad, wrap around handle a bit of a pain, but started right out of the box, 7 pulls. For this price expect all components to be of lesser quality, but they are decent for the price. Ran 2 tanks of fuel, full power break in..Needed some tuning for my altitude, but after that started first pull once running, everytime. Ran like a beast, plenty of power cutting 36' dry oak.Cons: bar oil very minimal, after adjusting to max, needs after market oil pump....Cannot remove top cover to access spark plug as handle prevents access to 1 screw...Excessive bar play, pins are smaller than bar openings,....Chain tensioner runs perfect unassembled, but grinds and catches when tensioning chain...Chain loosened unless overtightened...That being said, for a third of the price, I will gladly deal with the few deficiencies, would recommend for an occasional use big saw...

So far so good
Bought one for curiosities sake, wasn’t sure what to expect. Out of the box there’s some minor assembly required but it started right up and ran. The carburetor was set very rich and needed adjusting before it would cut wood properly but without a load it ran pretty well. After a conservative adjustment - it’s still on the rich side, it rips. I’ve only used two tanks of fuel so I can’t speak for the long term durability but this saw will cut.As you’d expect at this price point some of the plastic feels cheap and the chain tension adjuster isn’t as nice as it could be but it works. The tool kit that came with the saw is surprisingly good and contains everything you need to assemble and adjust the saw. Not Snap-On but it is a nice addition to the kit. Even came in a set of ring compressors (!) for an eventual rebuild? There was a coupon for a spare chain if you send your address and order number to a gmail account and they sent the chain promptly. A nice touch. The saw with a 25” bar is a little over 20 pounds which you don’t really notice when using it but it’s not something I’d lug through the woods for a small job. So far I’m pretty pleased with the purchase, it’s more saw than I need and it won’t replace the MS290 or 021 for general use but the power is excellent and for the price I’m quite satisfied.Time will tell on the longevity, I suspect some tinkering will be required but if you don’t mind or even enjoy that sort of thing this might be for you.

Do not buy!
I purchased the chainsaw in November of 2024 and was not able to try it out until April of 2025. After hours of trying to get it started I finally gave in and brought it to a mechanic. The mechanic said it has a broken decompressor and it has very weak spark. Parts are not available.I contacted customer support and I have not had a response after trying twice with e-mails.I would never have bought this chainsaw if I knew about the quality and customer support. I am also disappointed with Amazon having such vendors on their sight! Buyers be ware!

Neo-tec 92cc power house
The neo-tec 92cc is a copy of the stihl MS-660. This chainsaw is a beautiful and unbelievable awesome machine. It has incredibly overwhelming power, very well built, the chainsaw bar is the best quality of any high-end brand name stock prodpuct on the market. The Chain, however is not high end quality and has stretched some, no big deal, easy to replace it. Amazingly the saw fired over on the 2nd pull, and then releasing the choke started on the next pull. It is recommended to use a 35:1 ratio 2 cycle gas mix during a break in period, I mixed 1st gallon of 91 octane (recommended) gasoline rich about 25:1, the saw sill started easy and ran great. 💯 percent totally worth the money. The only negative is the saw has too much power and torque, not for beginners or novice homeowners. Be cautious , hold on with both hands. Love this chainsaw.

This is no joke very powerful saw
This saw is very, very powerful. 92cc cuts through everything like hot butter. I was skeptical at first about buying it with some of the reviews but with a little hesitation, I did buy one. I am not disappointed. This thing starts up great. Runs very strong and cuts everything in its path. I would buy it again this was the first of three of the saws I bought from Amazon people can say what they want but for the amount of money you give for these they are awesome and a bonus. They're compatible with either Stihl or Husqvarnas parts

Thing is a tank! But it has plenty of power!
The only problems I have had is it is hard to start when it's cold and it fouls out the plug pretty often. It runs pretty good once you get er going. You gotta be a man to run this thing all day! It's heavy! I think I would spend the extra money to get a husky.
