Not working 2 times
Bought this remote and after putting new duracell batteries , no effect. Not connected with fire tv stick. Ordered replacement immediately. That was also not working. Contacted Amazon help desk. They suggested some trouble shooting to make use of this remote. Nothing working. They raised their hand and told this is 3rd party remote and buy genuine Amazon report for proper working. They have refunded my money. Story ends...
