Ideal for me because I tend to get sweaty hands and feet during practice. Good quality and I love the colour.

Look, this is a well made quality towel... however as a regular practicer of Hot Yoga who's tried out various towels this was a disappointment. I sweat a lot and during my practice especially when it came to Warrior pose and placing my feet far apart it was like the little grip dots underneath my mat (a Manduka mat) became ice dots and the towel ruffled up and kept moving, really disturbing my flow! Even on floor series my soaked towel then kept shifting and to make things worse the pressure of my body on the towel created little grip dot impressions on my stomach! For heavy sweaters and Hot Yoga there are in my opinion better towels out there, it's a question of trial and error and what suits you!
