very flavorful, warming, tea ❤️. You feel good as you drink it (maybe it's because you know it's healthy for you LOL) add a little bit of honey,but the BEST PART!!! you don't crash like coffee !and you don't get the upset stomach either !if you like this tea I suggest trying their raspberry tea as well🇺🇲🫖
