Nice Vibration Exercise Machine
I received this last week, after pulling the big box inside house went about opening, was quite an ordeal. Lots of wrapping. Laid pieces out and began. All was going well until I dropped a screw down the long tunnel and had to remove it again to get the screw. I had a very hard time screwing the screw under the console. Got it about half way in and quit. Finished off with the other two and finally done. My main problem was getting all the screws tightened up. Once finished, I was sweating up a storm, felt like I already had a workout. LOL I plugged it in and hopped on. WOW, I nearly peed myself as it took off. I revved it up to about 60 to start off and was really surprised how quiet and sturdy it gave a vibration at. Several days later and today I got it up to 87 and love it. I grabbed the exercise straps and started working out with them. Man I have to say it was a good workout. I am currently doing 10 minutes in morning and 10 in afternoon and sometimes again at night another 10. It is working out really well. I am 79 and a woman who goes to the gym 3 days a week and swimming, so it is a great feeling. I have a lot of problems with feet and legs (neuropathy, arthritis, numbness, etc) all due to wearing 4" heels for 50 years. LOL. This really helped them and my back. I do wish it had a way to raise the handle bars as I am 5'9" tall and have to bend a little to hold on. Also I still haven't figured out how to program anything. Each time I try, it won't take it and displays --- at end. So still working on that part. All in all, I gotta say I am very happy with this setup. Since I am a single old woman, this suits me just fine. I would highly recommend it.

Great machine for exercise and cardiovascular development
Tremendous workout machine and helps with walking, sciatica, blood sugar and muscle tone; great value and easy to put together. Very substantial machine. I have been laid up with sciatica for two months and my chiropractor had me use this machine at his office. It really helped my recovery so I ordered one for home; I am so glad I did. A 10 minute use is equivalent to a one hour walk. The machine is so versatile and can be used for many health and conditioning issues. I recommend purchase of a book about vibrating machines to get maximum benefit. A great value with great health benefits and so easy to use.

Great value for the money
As of this writing, I've only had this thing for two days, but so far it seems to be a great little machine for the money. It arrives in a heavy, HUGE box -- about 5 ft. x 3 ft. x 1 ft. -- so get some help dragging it into the house if you don't think you can manage on your own. Everything inside was intact. Much of the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) are pre-installed into their holes, so a lot of the assembly time is spent backing them out first. Even at that, I assembled this by myself in 45 minutes, while my husband excused himself to go for a walk… :D Installation tools are included, and the instructions, though not the best I've ever seen, are adequate for most folks. Once assembled, with all nuts tightened down, it was sturdy and solid. There are little wheels on the bottom so you can tilt and move it easily. If you are tall, you may be disappointed in the height of the handles (which from what I read is a common complaint among vibration machines), but they are perfect for my 5'4" frame. There are three pre-programmed cycles, and a program to figure your BMI. Or just climb aboard, turn it on, and set the speed however fast you want. Even at high speeds, it's fairly quiet, which is a plus if you want to watch TV or listen to music while you jiggle. And you will jiggle -- especially at the higher speeds, which sent blood rushing to places where no blood had flowed before….While not loaded with tons of features like more expensive machines, this one covers the basics at an affordable price point. You won't find a holder for your cell phone or iPod, headphone jacks, or a bunch of features you may never use -- only the stuff you need to get rocking. It's a great starter machine, perfect if you want to try out the vibration machine thing without going broke.
