Convenient use and nice and compact
Compact and great for transporting food. Would be better if it the items stayed colder longer. All the ice packs melted within 3.5 hours.

Works, but could be bigger
It is exactly what it says it is. Does a good job keeping things hot or cold. It's comfortable to carry around. Taking off one questionable star because my 13x9 inch pans won't fit inside. Maybe if they were empty and I could wiggle them around to fit in. But that's kind of hard with a hot casserole.
