Handles would fall from weight, turning water on by itself
It took a lot of back and forth and expense of 2 plumbers visit and a contractor to get this faucet working. When I realized the handles were falling and would turn on by themselves, Kingston brass suggested I replace the cartridges and sent me new ones, but it was even worse. My contractor had the idea of requesting smaller handles that are not waited on one side, and they did send me some of these wheel style handles, with the wrong screws and in a size that's hard to find, so my contractor cut some screws to fit. Luckily we had two sets of cartridges now, since I needed 2 hot water ones, since with the wheel type handles the cartridge has to turn to the right. We finally got it working and it looks and works great.

Exactly what we were looking for, and definitely exceeded expectations as far as quality. Easy to install. Packaged well for shipping. Excellent customer service (box was missing a small screw). I would absolutely buy this again if needed…heavy/substantial, functional and attractive.

Long delivery time
Think the delivery time was way too long. Although I haven't installed this item yet, I am impressed with the apparent overall quality. I find that many times, these ratings are requested way too early in the purchase and use cycle to give an honest rating in the value of the product.

This faucet was beautiful. I was not able to use it for my sink. I returned it.

Missing piece
Missing allen set screw for one of the handles. Need that replacement asap or faucet needs to get returned.

dust bunnies?
There was some kind of obstruction inside the neck. I started a return then cancelled being this was the only one available. I paid a plumber 175.00 to bore it out successfully.

Horrible product!
We have had this installed for. Year and a half and we have had to replace a gasket twice! It leakes like crazy . We bought 2 almost $1000.00! Seriously bypass this product the finish the gaskets. Everything is a mess.
