This cup is not only beautiful but also has great insulation. It’s perfect for drinking coffee in the office as it keeps the temperature for a long time. I love its design, and it feels great to hold. Definitely a highly recommended cup！

This is the perfect travel mug for me! I’ve used stainless steel travel mugs in the past, but was bothered by the metallic taste. The Lenox mug doesn’t give off a funny taste. The lid is perfect at keeping the heat in and never leaks! The cup comes out great from the dishwasher and is pretty to look at. This is actually the second time I’ve made this purchase. I had my first travel mug for 5+ year, but accidentally left it at a sporting event. I missed the mug so much that I purchased a replacement. Buy this! No hesitation needed!

I really like this cup, I am on day one but I have already had two cups of tea in it and so far so good. I read about people having an issue with water getting into the double layer, I do not have a dishwasher and have not had this issue with washing it yet. The sides do warm up a little after a little while of having tea but they are not too hot to hold by any means. The picture matches the print on the cup, which is really pretty. I don't like using lids when I drink tea and I normally take a regular cup in the car with me since I can't stand drinking out of plastic or metal so this is a decided improvement from that! I tried it with the lid anyway just in case I ever wanted to use it and it does have that taste/smell issue I read in other reviews so for that it loses a star. It's useful for keeping the drink warmer until you decide to take the lid off though. It seems like a sturdy strong cup to me, obviously it's ceramic not steel or plastic so you have to be a little more careful with it but I'm not taking it hiking I don't think it'll be an issue in the car or back and forth from work.In terms of keeping my tea hot, it definitely does better than a regular cup, I wouldn't expect it to keep a drink hot for hours (that's what I have a thermos for) but it allows me to sip on it for a good amount of time without needing to be warmed up.Tip: warm the cup before you put a hot beverage in by rinsing it with a little boiled water so your beverage does not lose heat from the cup itself being cold, makes a world of difference! I do this with my travel cup, thermos, even in my regular cup at home...everything stays hot so much longer than it would without taking that extra step.

I bought this travel mug to give as a Mother's Day gift a few weeks ago to my mother. I have had the Lenox French Perle Groove Travel Mug for several months and love it. One day while looking online to see what other travel mugs Lenox makes, I found this Butterfly one. And I knew if it was as nice as my French Perle Groove mug, that it would make for a wonderful gift for my mother.There's no handle on this version so it fits in car cup holder easily. The version I have has a handle so while it does fit in my truck's cup holder, it does not fit in my car's holder. So there are advantages to not having a handle.The lid is silicone so it washes up easily and is reusable. And the images on this travel mug are so pretty. The pink flowers and the butterfly are perfect for spring and summertime. A beautiful mug that 's even packaged well for giving as a gift.

This mug is well worth the price. It's well insulated as well as being very pretty. Would certainly buy it again.

Nice but did not hold very much

This is a heavy double-walled ceramic coffee/tea glass. No heat transfer so no need to add a sleeve unless you like the grip. Works wonderfully. Pretty. Gently hand washed and hasn't stained on my first few cups of tea. So far so good.
