Incomplete and rough finish
Despite reviews on similar lines, I went ahead and bought it. Turned out to be in a poor shape. Seller didn't finish the product well and had rough surface. And AMAZON's return pickup procedure is worsening by the day. Especially with 3rd part courier service like with this particular product

Looks unfinished
The actual product is very different from the photo. The wood wasn't even sanded so the surface was grazing my hand when touched. Most importantly, there was a stain on the phone holder part of the wood, making the product looking damaged. I'd ordered it to gift someone, but no way can it be given in such a state, so had to return
