If you are also seeking how to set: If you press the mode button (lower left at you have the face of the watch turned toward you) and press relatively quickly on this button sequentially, the order of settings on the screen will be: Chrono, Timer, Occasn, ALM 1, ALM 2, ALM 3, Time and date ("home" screen). After the Alarm number you want to set is on the screen, press and hold SET/RECALL (upper left) button, then the parameters of the ALARM setting you want to set will start flashing, and you can set the items as they come up (the hour, minutes, am/pm, DAILY, WEEKDAY, or WEEKEND), then push and hold SET until the last data point you have set quits flashing. Then that alarm has been set to your customized setting.
