We bought this when I was pregnant to separate our dogs from the baby car seat and it works beautifully. It’s big enough that my two big dogs can sit next to each other (50lb border collie mix and 90lb boxer mix) and they can’t sit or walk on the car seat. We just bought a second one for my husband’s truck since the first one worked so well. It keeps my seats clean and contains the pups in the backseat. What’s not to like?

There are not many half seat hammocks and this one is high quality. It is a little on the complicated side to set up when you first get it, but once you start it's easy to finish. The material is great and our pup is able to sit safely in the back with our baby. The only downside to this is that the hammock does get a little flimsy because of the large gap behind the drivers seat when I drive because I need to sit further up than my husband. If the dog ends of sitting too far forward in the hammock, they can sink down in that front part and get stuck for a bit until you get to your destination.

I recently got a new(er) car, a Prius Prime LE with a black interior… Having an Alaskan Klee Kai, black ANYTHING is not a good choice. THESE DOGS SHED, so, FUR everywhere! This Kurgo Half Hammock with the Tether is perfect for keeping the fur OFF of the black upholstery, and providing a safe space for traveling with my little dog. I added his Kong bed and an over-the-headrest organizer for his leash, water bowl, treats, etc. He loves it, and so do I!(I will add that adjusting the straps was a bit of a challenge, but I got them sorted out.)

I bought this for my 2003 double cab Tacoma. (Compact pickup) I knew it measured a couple inches wider than the bench seat but I was able to make it work properly. I had to wrap the edges of the cover around and tighten them up but it’s not too big. In the last picture you can see where I pony-tailed the excess and I just turn it inward and tuck it up into the seat and cover and it stays just fine.The back secures well the back of the seats but my truck has a 60/40 split that flip toward which is kind of a pain to get behind. You basically have to flip both seat backs foward to get back there.Over all though the coverage is great, the water proofing is holding up well, and it’s easy to clean. I’ve had my dogs on it countless times, and soooo much sand I could build a castle. I just vacuum it off and take a damp rag to the muddy paw prints.

The cover was made with good material, however, the bottom lacks support. My dog would at times slip off the seat, while it's a hammock, it made him uncomfortable.I understand it's a hammock and it hovers, it was tightened, but once my 65 lb dog is in it, it loosens and is on the car seat. And at first he was extremely uncomfortable in it, he was only finally sleeping in it after 4 hours of running.Overall the product does it's job, but would be better if there is a bottom support.

This product is perfect for a partial coverage backseat sling. I have my smaller dog who rides in a cage on one side of the back seat and this nicely fits securely over the middle and opposite backseat to give my big dog a comfortable place to ride.

This is the 2nd Kurgo protector we've bought. I have one in my 2018 Audi and its worked so well when we bought the 22 Grand Cherokee I automatically bought another for it. It is very heavy duty and is versatile with the openings and zipper. We don't usually use it as a hammock but just let it fall into the floorboard.

I have used both the full size and now the half size of this product (much to my pups dismay, but alas, had to share the backseat with the baby), and it holds up so well. It keeps him contained on his side and gives a barrier to my toddler in her seat on the other side (minus whatever toys and snacks she throws over). It protects the seats, keeps things clean, and gives him space to be comfortable.

Fits my 2011 rav4 perfectly. Is working great to protect the seats and floor from dirt, snow, and dog hair. I love that the seatbelt holes aren't simply velcro as dirt always used to get through the velcro covers on my last seat cover. Unfortunately the dogs just sneak in behind the cover through the edges to get to the front seat. They only do it when I leave my unattended in the car though so it has helped a bit. Some kind of tie-off or velcro on the edges of the cover/wall to the front seats would be helpful. I'll have to create my own system.

It’s more expensive than similar products, but absolutely worth every penny! I have a folded seat in my Honda Jazz and couldn’t find any seat covers that also protect the floor—this is the only one I’ve found. The quality is outstanding—thick, sturdy, and durable. Its generous size means it could easily work for larger SUVs as well.Installation was very straightforward, even without a manual. To help others, I’ve included photos to show which side is the front and back. It’s waterproof and easy to clean too! Highly recommend.
