I am wearing a half-splint after hand surgery and they only gave me one thin stockinette to wear under it. I ordered this roll and have made a bunch more so I can change the liner several times a day - I hate putting the same sweaty liner back on after I wash the the surgery area! I have put them in the washer and dryer and they’ve come through fine. I made a couple of them extra long so I can fold them back up over the splint to make a nice cover (held in place with a snap between the thumb and forefinger). They do stretch out a little and won’t last forever, but this is only for temporary use so that’s not a problem. The material is soft and comfortable and absorbs sweat well.

This wasn't extra soft, as I had an extra soft stocking to compare it to from my physical therapist.

If you have. a broken arm, you will need this. As I am allergic the casts, I have been using a splint. Having instant clean stockings for it is very helpful.Cut extra long. It does shrink in the wash/
