These straps are incredibly beneficial for performing heavy lifts, as they significantly reduce the strain on my forearms. By providing additional support, they allow me to focus more on the lift itself rather than the discomfort in my forearms. However, I have noticed a couple of areas where they could be improved. Firstly, the straps could be a bit longer, which would make it easier to wrap them securely around the bar. Additionally, the wrist padding is not ideally suited for my small wrists, as it doesn't fit perfectly and can feel slightly uncomfortable at times. Despite these minor issues, I find these straps to be an excellent value for the price. They are particularly well-suited for beginners who are just starting to incorporate heavy lifting into their workouts.

I've had these straps for over a year and they still work like new. It does the job in the gym and they are not uncomfortable in the wrists so definitely good quality in relation to the price so no need to buy other brands which are overpriced. You can even get it in many colors which I think is amazing. Recommend it!
