Great for cuddling and does the job of helping the arm

This pillow was particularly helpful before shoulder replacement surgery, in taking some pressure off the top of the shoulder where the pain was, and it made sleeping much easier. The surgeon has said to use the post-surgery sling to keep the shoulder in proper position and not to use this pillow under the armpit after surgery so we are just using it to rest the arm on while sitting when it is out of the sling, which is ok as long as the arm stays in proper position. It was hard to tell whether the washing instructions meant surface washing only, but we took our chances and tossed the whole thing in the washer, and it washed up beautifully and then instead of drying on low, we just hung it on a hanger by the label to air dry.

This pillow provides a much needed snuggle, support cushion to help keep shoulder pain at bay and will be used nonstop after my shoulder replacement surgery. So glad to find it. It is not ultra-stuffed and will be able to serve in many positions.

This pillow was very helpful to me while recovering from rotator cuff surgery. The unique shape allowed me to support my arm without having to wear the shoulder brace 24/7, especially while sitting in my recliner. It is much better than a standard pillow.

For 2 days it was a constant fight to get my 14 year old (broken elbow&Arm) in a comfortable position with pillows/blankets. This was a game changer! One position and it doesn’t shift! Highly recommend this if you have a broken arm.

This product is well made but didn’t work for my hunky hubby as he is recovering from shoulder replacement surgery. It was too puffy him (didn’t fit under his arm due to his gut) so I returned it; but if you’re a normal sized person, it should work great for you.
