As an athlete that places a foundation on flexibility I am extremely impressed at the simplicity and taste of this product. I have added it to stir-frys, baked chicken, soups, and it has no flavor! I have turned away from glucosamine and replaced it with this beef collagen protein to aid with joint flexibility and function. I am compelled to believe that athletes should add this to vital product to aid in their fitness endeavors.

This product would not mix in warm or cold water. It hardened onto the spoon and I had to peel it off to get the spoon clean.

So far I feeling this is a good product. I put it in my beet juice with some lemon and I believe this combo is helping with energy and better health. Basically there is no flavor from the protein. Will continue to use as this is the only protein powder that I've tried that doesn't cause water retention in my ankles. This will be my third wk. of use.

I love the gelatin! I use it in my homemade coffee creamer to thicken it and of course the benefits are great for nails, hair and gut health! I also add a scoop in my coffee. I pour a small amount of hot coffee over the gelatin then use a milk frother to mix it. It mixes great with no gelatin residue on the bottom of my cup. It also makes it frothy! I love it!

This is the only gelatin that I buy! I am extremely happy with the quality and the fact that it is from grass fed cows🙂

I’ll be so happy when I finish this can. If you don’t mix it exactly right, it will clump into the hardest mess you ever had to deal with. No putting it into the bottom of your coffee cup and then pouring coffee on top. Only part of it will mix and you’ll be left with yucky residue on the bottom. You must pour into the liquid with one hand while using the stirrer with the other. It does well when used in a blender for smoothies, though. But for adding to coffee, tea, by hand, I am going back to Great Lakes brand forever.

I had purchased this product before and it was awesome, used it for cooking. So when I ran out, I ordered more, used it in the same way, thinking just the packaging had changed. I did not use this product for a supplement so can not speak to that. I only used it for cooking, and sadly would not recommend. It did not dissolve fully and became chunky with a unpleasant texture. When I tried making marshmallows with pieces of it hardened into chunks in the marshmallow. The product prior to the packaging change worked perfectly.

Very easy to use, has no flavor or fragrance, and mixes super well with things like Gatorade, so you can make some awesome jell-o of your own. Mixes easily with heated liquids (as long as you stir fast enough to distribute it properly, and as long as you don't try to drop an entire scoop in at once). Really nice source of protein, even if incomplete proteins.

Pretty small but works good. This was one of the better prices I found and seems like good quality. When using it to make jello use a little less than the recipe calls for, like 2 Tbs instead of 3. Otherwise it turns of very gelatinous and not as soft to chew.

Terrible. Did not dissolve and i had ordered this before and didn't have any problems with it. The last 2 orders were the same - terrible! Both cans thrown to the trash. I have canceled my subscription.

Used for making gummies and as a supplement. I was curiously looking for a decent product for making gummies and my partner was interested in the benefits in taking this product as a supplement. My experience with it was flawless and my gummies turned out perfectly. My partner states taking this hasn't presented any negative drawbacks. She uses it in her morning breakfast drink. She said the taste was unusual at first but having it on a regular basis it has become a regular staple and she wouldn't go without. We continue to order this product primarily for her morning supplement drink.

If you want to do something good for your joints one spoon of this in cup of tea is great choice.
